Refund Policy

1. Delivered Digital Products

If your ordered digital product, in-game item, or gift card has already been delivered by our delivery team, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Delay in Delivery

If we fail to deliver the product within the promised time, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid during checkout.

3. Incorrect Shipping Information

If the product is sent to the wrong account, UID, email, or address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, Siwcart will not be responsible.

4. Customer Refuses Product After Ordering

If a customer refuses to accept the product after placing an order, a 5% processing fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

5. Delivery Time

After an order is processed, delivery typically takes 30 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours depending on supplier availability and verification requirements.

6. Login Credential Requirement (For In-Game / In-App Purchases)

For certain in-game or in-app purchases that require customer account login, customers must provide the required login credentials within 15 minutes after placing the order.

If the required credentials are not provided within this timeframe, the order may be automatically cancelled. In such cases, a ৳50 administrative processing fee will be deducted from the order amount before any refund is issued.

7. Issues Using the Card

If you experience any difficulty using the card or digital product, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
