Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store or save any card information.

4. Affiliate Team

Affiliate payments are made weekly. Accepted withdrawal methods include mobile banking, bank transfers, and Siwcart Wallet. Wallet top-up credits cannot be used as affiliate earnings.

5. Limitation of Liability

Siwcart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Privacy Policy

Use of customer data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications

Siwcart may modify or update these terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being published on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Login Credential Requirement for In-Game / In-App Purchases

For certain in-game or in-app purchases that require customer account login, the customer must provide the correct login credentials within 15 minutes after placing the order.

If the required login credentials are not provided within this timeframe, the order may be automatically cancelled. In such cases, an administrative processing fee of ৳50 will be deducted from the total order amount before any refund is issued.

Customers are advised to keep their login credentials ready before placing an order to avoid cancellation or processing deductions.
